An original digital illustration by Rachel Corcoran, and part of Rachel’s ‘Four Seasons of Dublin Doors’ series. This print takes a whimsical look at Dublin City’s famous Georgian doors. Who lives behind these doors, and what secrets do they reveal? This particular door is caught in a snow flurry, with a cosy festive glow emanating from the Georgian fanlight - protected under a bouquet of traditional holly. A stack of seasonal literature sits on the snowy step, including the must-have RTE TV Guide. A wicker basket of peat briquettes rest on the opposite side, ready for the fire. Nollaig Shona or ‘Happy Christmas’ welcomes those who step over the doormat, and through all the envelopes of well wishes and funny stories.
Printed on high quality FSC-certified cream paper.
Print is A4 size and includes a framing border with the title and artist signature handwritten in pencil. Prints are mailed flat within a biodegradable clear sleeve, in a recycled envelope.
Lovingly made in Ireland by Rachel Corcoran.
