Sunday Sky Necklace with purple cotton cord and five hand-formed polymer clay beads in lilac, sky blue and bright pink.
Beads measure approximately 2.75cm in diameter. This necklace comes with a sliding knot so its length adjusts from just below the bust line to the collar bone. Cord ends are finished with silver end caps.
This necklace pairs perfectly with Sunday Sky large stud earrings. Skateboard small and Skateboard mini studs would also pair really well with this piece.
All products are designed and handcrafted by Steph Sheahan in her studio in the west of Ireland. Each piece is unique and so the scale, form and patterning will vary slightly.
Sunday Sky collection was Inspired by childhood memories of coming back to Cork on Sunday evenings after spending the weekend in Laois. Arriving in my old estate called Halldene Drive, getting out of the car and looking down the road to where you could see fields and hills. The sun setting and noticing how the sky was purple - but not just purple, pink and blue too. I think one of my main aims in life is to stay connected to this sense of wonder that I had so much as a child. More memories of this time captured in a poem I wrote called THE WAY a few years ago.
