We bring Achill Island Sea Salt, Organic Connemara Seaweed and Dark Ecuadorian Chocolate together for this match made in heaven. Achill Island Sea Salt and The Connemara Seaweed Company are both based on small islands off the west coast of Ireland in the wild Atlantic Ocean.

We create a saline solution with Oriel sea salt and soak our almonds in it. When we have soaked the nuts, we then gently roast them in a low oven with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, have a nice texture, and taste amazing. We then sprinkle them on top of this milk chocolate bar.

We infuse organic sour cherries in Highbank Orchard’s Organic Balsamic Cider Vinegar with Wild Mother. Highbank Orchards is located on a 17th century farm in the beautiful County of Kilkenny. We then pile them on top of our dark chocolate bar.
