Through a combination of traditional and modern techniques this pure and natural Irish Sea Salt is organically hand harvested in small batches using a slow evaporation process.
We can't get enough of this - hot-smoked with beech and oak bringing the taste of a BBQ grill and Achill Island to some of your favourite dishes, we love it on toast, roast veg or on top of a baked potato!
